Situated several hours away from any stocking location, this customer had to determine how to get each of the products they needed as quickly as possible. Assessing the damage was a daily process that J2 was ready, willing and able to play a direct role in. Every day, our customer sent inspectors to every unit to check every line and tally a list of the products they needed. From there, they sent the updated list to J2 and we got to work.
